ReelMorph Privacy Policy

Scope and contact

This policy explains how ReelMorph handles information when you visit the site, create an account, purchase credits, upload a photo, or generate an AI video. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@reelmorph.app or use the support ticket area after signing in.

Information we process

We process the information needed to provide and protect the service:

• Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, account settings, and language preference.
• Creation inputs: uploaded photos, prompts, selected model and generation settings. A prepared effect may also include a ReelMorph-controlled reference video.
• Creation records: task status, provider task identifier, model, settings, credit cost, timestamps, error information, and generated-video URL.
• Purchases and credits: selected credit pack, order and payment identifiers, amount, currency, order status, and credit transactions. We do not receive or store your complete card number or card security code.
• Support information: messages and files you choose to send through support tickets or email.
• Technical and security information: IP address, request metadata, device or browser information, cookies, and logs used for authentication, reliability, rate limiting, fraud prevention, and abuse response.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate accounts, provide generation and download functions, display task history, issue and deduct credits, process purchases, answer support requests, prevent abuse, investigate failures, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell uploaded photos or generated videos.

AI models and access providers

ReelMorph does not operate its own foundation video or image model. It currently accesses the following third-party models through the Kie.ai API platform:

• ByteDance Seedance 2.5 for image-to-video and image-plus-video-reference generation.
• ByteDance Seedance 2.0 supports image-to-video generation and the prepared effects available with this model.
• MiniMax H3 for image-reference video generation.

An optional image preview offered by a prepared effect may use GPT Image 2 through Kie.ai. Such a request includes the selected photos, scene instructions, and reference images needed to create the preview. Preview images and their result URLs are also processed as creation records.

When you start a generation, ReelMorph sends the required photo, prompt, selected settings, and any reference images or video required by the selected effect to Kie.ai for routing to the selected model. Kie.ai and the applicable model provider process these materials to perform the requested generation. Their infrastructure and policies may involve processing in countries different from your own. Review the Kie.ai Privacy Policy before submitting sensitive material.

Photo uploads and generated videos

Selecting a photo first creates a preview in your browser. The photo is uploaded only as part of the generation flow after you sign in and confirm that you own it or have permission to use the person's likeness.

Photos use Kie's temporary upload service. Its current upload documentation states that uploaded files are deleted after 24 hours; provider practices can change, and ReelMorph treats an upload credential as expired after 23 hours. ReelMorph does not copy uploaded photos or generated video files into its own R2 storage.

Generated videos remain at provider-hosted result URLs. Those URLs may expire and are not permanent archives. ReelMorph stores the task record and result URL so you can return to your creation. Access to the task record is restricted to the owning account, but anyone who obtains a provider media URL may be able to open it. Download results you want to keep and do not share private URLs.

Browser storage and cookies

A selected photo and generation settings may be saved in the current browser for up to 24 hours so the flow can resume after sign-in. Drafts are cleared after restoration or task submission and can also be removed by clearing this site's browser data.

Essential cookies support authentication, security, and language selection. If optional analytics or advertising integrations are enabled, the cookie banner controls whether consent-dependent scripts may run. Your current choice can be changed through the cookie settings interface when available.

Payments

Credit purchases are processed by Waffo Pancake and its payment partners. ReelMorph sends the account email, selected pack, amount, currency, and order reference needed to create and reconcile checkout. Waffo and its payment partners collect and process payment and billing information under their own terms and privacy notices. ReelMorph keeps the resulting order status and payment identifiers for fulfillment, refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, and support.

Hosting, sharing, and international processing

Cloudflare hosts the application and account/task database. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the requested function, including Cloudflare, Kie.ai and the selected model provider, Waffo and its payment partners, and authentication or email providers when those features are used. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

These providers may process information outside your country. Their privacy terms and the laws of those locations may differ from those where you live.

Retention and deletion

Browser drafts expire as described above. Provider uploads and result links follow provider-controlled retention periods. Account, task, order, credit, security, and support records are retained while needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations; we do not promise one automatic deletion period for every record.

You may request access, correction, or deletion through a support ticket or the email above. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, payment reconciliation, or compliance. Deleting ReelMorph records does not necessarily delete material already processed by a third-party provider; we will explain available options when responding to a request.

Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including account access controls and server-side ownership checks. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload confidential material that you cannot accept being processed by the providers described above.

The service is not intended for children under 18. Do not upload a minor's photo unless you are the parent or legal guardian, have authority to do so, and the intended use is lawful and appropriate. Sexual or exploitative content involving minors is strictly prohibited.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service or providers change. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
