ReelMorph Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms apply when you access or use ReelMorph. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or submitting a generation request, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use ReelMorph for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Do not use the service if local law prohibits you from doing so.

The service and AI model disclosure

ReelMorph is an independent photo-to-video creation service. It provides custom generation and prepared effects, including Bulin 47 AI Trend, Burning Bridges AI Trend, Hotel Lobby AI Trend, and Ozil AI Goal.

ReelMorph does not operate its own foundation video or image model. Generation requests are sent through the Kie.ai API platform to the model selected for the task:

• ByteDance Seedance 2.5 supports image-to-video and prepared image-plus-video-reference effects.
• ByteDance Seedance 2.0 supports image-to-video generation and the prepared effects available with this model.
• MiniMax H3 supports image-reference video generation.

When a prepared effect offers an optional image preview, ReelMorph may also send the selected photos, scene settings, and required reference images through Kie.ai to GPT Image 2, an image-generation model. This creates a preview image; full-video generation is a separate request.

Kie.ai is the access and task-routing provider; ByteDance and MiniMax are the underlying model sources. These companies are independent third parties. ReelMorph is not sponsored by or affiliated with them, the people appearing in trend source material, or the owners of referenced music and videos. Provider availability, capabilities, names, and policies may change.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may limit, suspend, or close an account where necessary to protect users, payments, providers, or the service.

Your content and permission to process it

You retain the rights you have in photos, prompts, and other material you submit. You grant ReelMorph and the service providers described in the Privacy Policy a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, transmit, process, adapt, and return that material only as needed to operate the requested generation, provide support, enforce these Terms, and meet legal obligations.

You must own submitted material or have all required rights and permissions. For a person's photo or likeness, you must be that person or have permission to use the likeness for the intended creation. You remain responsible for the input, the requested use, and how you publish or distribute the result.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This AUP applies to prompts, uploaded photos, reference material, generated videos, and the use or distribution of results. It is informed by Waffo's AIGC acceptable-use review guidance. You may not use ReelMorph to create, request, promote, or distribute:

• pornography, nudification, sexually explicit material, or other NSFW content;
• graphic violence, gore, encouragement of violence, or instructions intended to cause physical harm;
• hateful or dehumanizing content targeting protected characteristics;
• child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, or any exploitation of a minor;
• deceptive deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, identity theft, or content that impersonates a real person, brand, or institution to mislead, defraud, harass, or cause harm;
• material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

The following are also prohibited: terrorism or violent-extremist promotion; instructions for weapons of mass destruction; incitement to genocide or targeted violence; fraud, scams, spam, or misinformation presented to deceive; attempts to bypass safety measures; unlawful surveillance; and any use that violates applicable law.

Permission to use a person's photo does not permit sexual, exploitative, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful depictions. Do not present AI-generated output as authentic evidence of a real person's actions or statements. Follow applicable AI-labeling and disclosure requirements on every platform where you publish a result.

We may reject a request, restrict features, remove access to a result link we control, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, and report apparently illegal material to the appropriate provider or authority. Enforcement depends on severity, recurrence, legal obligations, and available evidence. To report prohibited use or appeal an account action, contact support@reelmorph.app with the relevant task or account information. Do not email illegal media files; provide only the information needed to locate and review the issue.

AI results and availability

AI output is probabilistic. Identity, anatomy, motion, background, audio, and details may differ from the photo, prompt, or reference. Prepared effects guide a model but do not reproduce a source video frame for frame. Model-generated audio is not a restoration of an original soundtrack. Review every result before downloading, publishing, or relying on it.

Generation depends on third-party services. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a fixed completion time, permanent result hosting, or a particular creative outcome. Provider result links may expire, so download videos you want to keep.

Intellectual property and trend references

ReelMorph branding, software, interface, and original site content are owned by ReelMorph or its licensors. You may use generated results subject to your rights in the input, applicable law, these Terms, and the terms of the relevant providers. We do not grant rights in third-party songs, performances, characters, trademarks, reference videos, or other source material.

Effect and trend names describe a creative workflow. They do not imply that an original performer, rights holder, model provider, or platform endorses ReelMorph. You are responsible for obtaining any additional permission required for commercial publication or distribution.

Credits, purchases, and refunds

Registration does not include free credits. Generation cost depends on the model, resolution, duration, and any reference-video input; the applicable cost is displayed before submission. A submitted task consumes credits according to the displayed quote.

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased credits expire 365 days after they are added to the account. Checkout is processed by Waffo Pancake, and credits are issued only after server-side confirmation of payment.

Credits consumed by a confirmed technical generation failure are returned automatically. A completed output that differs from personal creative expectations is not automatically a failed generation. Cash purchase refunds and payment disputes are governed by the Refund Policy.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for an AUP violation, payment abuse, security risk, legal requirement, repeated interference with the service, or material breach of these Terms. Expiration, suspension, or closure may prevent access to task history and provider-hosted results. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual-property terms, disclaimers, and liability limits, remain effective.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, backing up result files, and deciding whether a result is lawful and suitable for your intended use. ReelMorph is not responsible for claims arising from material you lacked permission to submit or from your publication or use of a generated result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, ReelMorph is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from provider outages, expired media links, or use of generated output.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect service, provider, legal, or safety changes. The revised date appears at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
